All orders are processed within 1-2 business days following confirmation of payment. Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has been processed and shipped, not from the moment of purchase.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your items, the shipping method selected, and your delivery location. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rose & Mantle purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased with your items, we offer a straightforward return process.
You may return any unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
